At CAMDER FC CIC , we believe that strong governance is the backbone of trust, accountability, and sustainability.
As a registered Community Interest Company (CIC) since 2023, our structure ensures that all activities serve community benefit and not private gain. Every decision we make is guided by our values of fraternity, solidarity, and community engagement, ensuring that sport remains a tool for unity, wellbeing, and empowerment.

We believe in leading with integrity, representing our members fairly, and maintaining high standards of compliance with UK regulations for community organisations.
Our governance system guarantees that CAMDER FC remains a trusted, family-oriented, and socially responsible organisation.

👥 Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is composed of five respected professionals who bring a wealth of expertise across technology, finance, leadership, and community development.
The Board ensures that CAMDER FC’s mission and operations are conducted ethically and efficiently in accordance with CIC regulations.

    Fortu Evans Agwe Director / Life Coach
    		A certified life coach dedicated to personal and community development, mentoring members in leadership and wellbeing.
    Dr. Elvis Kufoin Director / Civil Engineer
    		A professional civil engineer and experienced community organiser who also serves as CAMDER FC’s Vice President. Brings structural thinking and governance discipline to the team.
    Emmanuel Muzang Director / Software Engineer 
    		A seasoned software engineer, project manager, and community leader. President of CAMDER FC, he provides strategic leadership and is a Trustee on the Board of Community Action Derby.
    Emmanuel Odine Namoango Director / IT Professional
    		Brings extensive experience in technology, systems management, and digital transformation to support data-driven governance.
    Kelly Fogwe Tayim Director / Accountant
    		A finance and accounting professional ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and sustainable budgeting practices.

The Executive Committee manages day-to-day operations, community engagement, and event delivery.
This leadership group ensures our mission — “Building Bridges Through Football, Friendship, and Family” — is lived out in every training session, outreach event, and community gathering.
